Buyers are responsible for reviewing all documents before approval. Any discrepancy must be communicated before production, sourcing, packaging or shipment begins.

Agricultural commodities and natural products may display reasonable variations in colour, appearance, moisture, size, texture, weight or other natural characteristics, subject to agreed quality standards and specifications.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate destination information, import requirements, consignee details and any instructions needed to complete the shipment.

Healthy Foods conducts its export activities in accordance with applicable Nigerian laws, regulatory requirements and documentation procedures.

The buyer is responsible for confirming all destination-country import requirements, permits, restrictions, product standards, labelling rules, taxes and customs procedures.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend or cancel any proposed transaction that appears unlawful, restricted, fraudulent, sanctioned or inconsistent with applicable trade regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, including the company name, logo, graphics, text, layout, product descriptions, downloads, icons and visual materials, belongs to Healthy Foods Trading International Ltd or is used under permission.

You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, resell, license or commercially exploit any website content without prior written permission.
